Planning 2010 holidays

Some things are guaranteed to make me giggle and one of them is quaint literal translations, nowadays probably via Google translator. So while trawling through hotel and B&B ads in Bedoin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux (guess what I'm planning to do!) I came across this beauty, which has left me scratching my head:

"Vain apartment of village, joint with the owner, in calm dead end. Stay corner includes/understands cooks, corner living room".

Sooooo ???, part of the owner's house in a cul de sac. Then??????? !

Suggestions invited!

Sounds like the owner stays crouched in the corner of the living room for the duration of your stay, only venturing out to cook at random times... Did any part of the advert mention "serial killer"?! ;0)
