Prequel and sequel

Prequel
This is the prequel to this morning's blog.
Apparently yesterday evening, after I'd gone to bed, Flea actually brought the rat into the house in a VERY alive state! Thank god I wasn't up. Fearless Alex caught it and took it outside. He flung it way into the far reaches of our very large garden... maybe(!) even into next doors garden.

Of course, we'll never know if it was the same rat.

Sequel
This is the sequel to the previous blog about my last TT. The one where after the last U turn I died(in cycling terms of course!).
I finally got round to checking my TT bike and wheels and discovered the disc tyre was dodo dead. Pumped it up and yup...it was F. L. A. T. ...flat flat flat.

So maybe, just maybe I didn't die as badly as I thought.

A lifting of the spirits has occurred
