42.8 C degrees today..109.4 F and gunna be hotter tomorrow. Today's ride was on the turbo at 6am for about 45 mins..that's all I could be bothered doing.
Lunch time was the first of the TRAC launches and it went well, with mega warnings about exercising in the heat.
