Phil's thumb as it is today:

I'll post the xray when I can get it to an xray viewer, although they're hard to find nowadays since we've gone electronic.

Despite this he's up and about and doing things, although managing to steer clear of doing the dishes! and regretfully has found a spare part for the stove top.

While discussing the topic of broken bones he reminded me that about 10 years ago he'd broken his other thumb too, but hadn't realised it until much later....

I dunno..????no sense no feeling?!
