Kevin Gill beat the World Hour record at his age grade by nearly 2000m. He had trouble with the commissaires getting fussy about the saddle being too far forward and they may have muttered also about the weight of the bike..but no scales. And he DID IT!!!
The bad side is that now my coach wants the treble...her, Kevin and ME!!! groan..the pressure, the pressure. So with my motivation high, the pressure on (thrive Liz, thrive) and the BPPV fading into history..its now onto the next phase and Alex returns home on Wednesday so I get my home based support team back.....
